Whether to get a nose job or not is a big decision. So choosing a surgeon that is highly experienced and qualified is an important factor. Choosing a surgeon that you get along with is very important. Also, make sure that you feel you can trust this person who may perform your rhinoplasty.
Measuring only the price and the infamous place that some celebrity had their nose job done at does not mean that surgeon is the right one for you. Ask for references that have had a nose job by this particular surgeon to see if they were satisfied. Look at before and after photos that were taken by the surgeon and his or her staff.
Another thing to look at when choosing a plastic surgeon for your rhinoplasty is; do they have hospital privileges. Will they be able to treat you after the surgery while you are recovering?
Make several appointments with several surgeons before you decide. Knowing who and what they are capable of is a great step in finding the perfect surgeon to do your nose job. Finding out everything you can, may possibly save you time and money in the long run.

In 2009 though, Mrs. Beckham received a breast reduction to take her breast size down to the happy medium of 34B.
In this case of celebrity plastic surgery, Victoria Beckham made the good choice of less is more. Essentially she stopped while she was ahead and improved her looks tenfold by opting for a small more natural breast size for her frame than the bigger-better double-D breasts that she had and was made fun of about. With her large breast size, she saw a public back lash as people considered her more like a plastic robot than a glamorous star, but after her most recent breast surgery she can now be considered a fresh looking celebrity with a nice natural form.
